Their rhinestone crystals are from Austria, their silk Jacquards from France, hand-cast metal buttons from Italy, and handmade wood-beaded fringes are from India. They believe that "freedom in selection gives freedom in design," and continue to add daily to their offering of over one million products.
For over seventy years the family owned company has thrived in the spotlight of such publications as Vogue, In Style, Glamour, Cosmopolitan and many others. When David Cohen, grandson of founder, Michael Cohen wanted to expand online, he selected TELLUS as a full-service partner. The new M&J website and complementary web marketing plan created by TELLUS have extended visibility of M&J and attracted new customers. 2008 saw further growth with a 5.16% increase in conversion rate and 32% increase in orders.
