THE STORY:
Lincoln Nebraska-based Rapid Reel, Inc., a family owned hose reel operation, initially came to Tellus, LLC. in 2009 looking for a more stable platform for their commerce initiatives. During the process of upgrading rapidreel.com to the TCP (Tellus Commerce Platform), it became clear that the site design, and thus the overall user experience, was not compelling or intuitive enough to drive commerce conversions on the site.
Today, after two platform upgrades and one site redesign, Rapid Reel is one of Tellus, LLC.'s most engaged and active participants in site management, taking full advantage of the TCP content management and site administration tools.
